INTRODUCTION

Sunrise Tropical 's Villas are single - storey, Thai - style structures based on a theme of simple elegance and utility. Sixteen structures are single units and six structures are duplex units.

Of the single units, eleven structures are classified Tropical Villa Plus. The Plus indicates an oversized bathroom with luxury bath tub and nature- oriented outdoor shower (private.) The 28 Villas are set in a tropical garden setting featuring lotus ponds, coconut and areca nut palms, ferns, small foot- bridges, tropical flowers and succulents. Each villa has a spacious bedroom luxuriously furnished to a very high standard.

ACCOMMODATION LAYOUT AND DESIGN: All villas are designed for two people. However, each room can have an extra bed added to accommodate a third person. Of the 28 villas, 12 are connecting or adjoining (ideal for families). And 16 villas are stand alone with one King-size bed (ideal for honeymooners). Six of the villas have two single beds instead of the King-size bed.

The modern bathroom has been designed with a keen eye. A small patio(verandah) in front of each villa offers a pleasant area for an evening chat or morning tea. All villas feature air-conditioning , King - size bed or twin beds, European - style furniture, satellite television, mini-bar, personal coded safe, telephone , hot and cold water bathroom, electric hair dryer, electric hot water thermos ( for coffee and tea), and solid patio furniture.

All villas have a room service menu for meals in the room. Sunrise Tropical 's Villas offer luxury class accommodation in a tropical setting.
